The Top 24 theme is Producers’ Choice. The contestants will submit a list of (presumably ranked) songs, but Nigel and Company will decide on the final tune that they sing live.

Gonna make a gut call for Johnny, since all of the other three were Top 42, while he was cut in Las Vegas. Why would he be the only one of the four to skip SFYL? He’s so in.

They both sang, and they both sucked. But out of the two, David is the only one I’ve been fine with previously (in Las Vegas).

He’s OUT, while the other terror is IN. Oh joy. Beelzebieber.

Hollie was shouting the majority of the time.

She’s IN, while the other two are OUT. And this marks the first season without a black girl in the Top 24. Oooof! Shelby is an emotional mess.

Hallie Day, Chase Likens, and Aaron Marcellus are shown.

He gives a Broadway-esque performance. No point really critiquing it.

He gives a nice performance of “This Woman’s Work”. Falsetto is lovely. I actually like how he sounds without the falsetto though, so I hope he accentuates that more. It’d be preferable.

Hm, not her best performance. I liked Kellie Pickler’s performance of it more. Skylar was grunting it rather harshly. I like her well enough though.

Haha, soulless diva forgot her lyrics in Hollywood. GOOD.

She grunts and croaks through some song as blandly as ever before. It’s…blah. Shannon Migraine. Puke.

His voice is pleasant, but blah. That being said, the lack of VOLUME is almost refreshing. But he’s sort of like…this season’s Jovany Bareto, which is to say: surprise WC filler slot; no chance of the finals.
